This is a forum for owners at the Orion Navigation St Birmingham. Here we discuss relevant issues including charges and building management.

How do you feel about the management company?

Some say the charges are very excessive and there is little accountability.

Have you ever attended an AGM of the company?

So how do you feel about how things are being run?

How do you feel about their sometimes rather abrupt (some have also said “arrogant” ) attitude?

Have you had any disconcerting experiences with some of the reception employees at the Orion?

These are the type of questions we would like to seek clarity on from Owners so that we can take appropiate action should it be needed.

We would also like to discuss if we ought to broaden this group to include tenants at the Orion as we have had a number of inquiries (some of a disturbing nature) since we began to publicise this group.
